We are so happy you’re here and excited you are interested in our recruitment coaching services!
Our goal is to guide girls going through the sorority recruitment process in a way that leaves them feeling confident, prepared, and empowered. We understand how overwhelming recruitment can be, and we're here to guide you every step of the way. In each of our sessions, we take the time to truly listen to you, answer all of your questions, and share insider tips. We have helped over 100 girls find their home away from home!
What sets us apart? As 2024 graduates, we have a unique perspective into today's recruitment culture. Serving as Vice President of Recruitment (Kate) and Assistant Vice President of Recruitment (Riley), we are very familiar with the inner workings of the process. Most importantly, you will create a genuine connection with girls who have walked in your shoes and understand the process you are about to embark on!
What do we do? We are not here to feed you a script or turn you into someone you are not. We are here to guide you through this process in a way that will highlight all of the exciting and lovable things that already exist about you! So many girls who go through recruitment are wonderful people with amazing qualities, but unfortunately, this can easily be lost. The reality is that the process is tricky, and people can easily slip through the cracks. It is our job to help fill in those cracks and teach you the ins & outs of recruitment to give you a leg up come rush week!
Our services are affordable because we believe everyone deserves to feel ready for recruitment. We also understand how important this journey is for you and your family, so moms are welcome to join in on meetings or email communication.
We can’t wait to join you on this journey!
We met on Bid Day during our freshman year and instantly clicked. The recruitment process brought us together; from then on, we’ve been inseparable. Over the years, we’ve supported each other through every challenge and celebrated every success, watching each other grow into the women we are today. That inspired us to team up and help other girls find the same kind of meaningful connections we’ve been so lucky to have by finding their own sisterhood. We loved seeing last year’s clients find their home away from home, and we can’t wait to do it again for the 2026 recruitment season!
When we went through recruitment, we didn’t have an older sister or friend to walk us through what to expect, which made an already stressful week even more overwhelming. We know how helpful it would have been to have someone we could count on, so we’re here to be that reliable, friendly guide for incoming girls. Think of us as the big sisters you can lean on to make this process less stressful and way more fun!
Our past clients experiences speak to the heart of what we do—offering personalized, uplifting support through every step of the recruitment process. Read what they have to say about how our coaching helped them feel confident, prepared, and excited for the journey ahead!

I’m so happy to share a little about myself and the impact Greek life has had on me! My passion is connecting with others and sharing experiences that help us grow. I credit Greek life and being in a sorority for introducing me to the best people I’ve ever met—my best friends. I served as the Assistant Vice President of Recruitment and really got to understand every aspect of recruitment week. I graduated in 2024 with a degree in Public Relations and spent my senior year interning at a Greek life-based company, where I worked with sorority executives across the South to plan social events and recruitment weeks. After graduating in May, I quickly stepped into a role at Porsche Cars North America, joining the Events and Content Creation team in Atlanta, GA!
Hi! I am so excited that you are here! It is such a joy being able to use my knowledge to help girls about to start their college journey. Get excited because it is the best 4 years ever!! I served as Vice President of Recruitment my senior year and had the opportunity to organize and run recruitment for my sorority! From decorating the room to meeting with Panhellenic about numbers and logistics, I got to do it all! I would not trade the experience for the world, and I truly learned so much. Aside from recruitment, I majored in Law and Justice and was very involved in the political science and pre-law community. After graduation in May, I moved to Boston for law school! I currently attend Boston College Law School, and despite how cold it is, I love it!!
