I’m so happy to share a little about myself and why Greek life means so much to me! That experience is what inspired me to start Riley & Kate Recruitment. I wanted girls going through recruitment to feel confident, supported, and genuinely excited instead of overwhelmed or unsure. Serving as Assistant Vice President of Recruitment gave me a behind-the-scenes understanding of every part of recruitment week — what chapters are looking for, how decisions are made, and how to walk into each round feeling prepared. I graduated in 2024 with a degree in Public Relations and spent my senior year interning at a Greek life-based company, working closely with sorority executives across the South to plan social events and recruitment weeks. After graduating in May, I stepped into a role at Porsche Cars North America on the Events and Content Creation team, I now work on the Marketing Team at Delta Air Lines in Atlanta, GA!

Hi!! I am so excited that you are here! It is such a joy being able to use my knowledge to help girls about to start their college journey. Get excited because it is the best four years ever!! I served as Vice President of Recruitment and had the opportunity to organize and run recruitment for my sorority. From decorating the room to meeting with Panhellenic about numbers and logistics, I got to do it all! I would not trade the experience for the world, and I truly learned so much. Because I’ve seen recruitment from the inside, I understand what chapters are really looking for and how to help girls feel confident walking into each round. Getting to guide girls through this process and watch them find the place that feels like home is the best part! Aside from recruitment, I majored in Law and Justice and was very involved in the political science and pre-law community. After graduation in May, I moved to Boston for law school! I currently attend Boston College Law School, and despite how cold it is, I love it!!
